Return/Exchange Policy
- Any clothing or jewellery if defected from our end will be looked into, however before despatching the product all inspections will be made closely.
- Our Jewellery is palladium finished, with semi-precious stones and Swaroski’s, hence should be handled with extreme care. You should Keep it wrapped in the box.
- Avoid direct spraying of perfume or exposing it to sunlight, to keep the shine intact.
- Any stones if damaged by the customer will be fixed free of charge if possible & available, since many of our items are brought here from Thailand and India but locally assembled.
- Goods & jewellery Purchased On Sale Or Other Promotions Are Not Eligible For Returns & Exchange, Unless You Have Received Damaged Goods.
Shipping Policy
- All Domestic couriers under Rs 500 will be paid by us, however anything above the amount of Rs 500 will be paid by the customer at the time or purchase.
- Orders will be tracked from the day they are despatched.
- All International courier will be paid by the customer at the time of placing an order.
- Delivery time is 3/5 working days for local and 7-12 days for international deliveries.
